Loss of draft emails on phone
I had some draft emails on my phone and now, since I set up the new app, they are gone.

Problems with SkyDrive
Some people have had issues with SkyDrive. It wanted to connect to the SharePoint library. SkyDrive Pro client had an issue with a missing URL.
